Notes

Decided to run at least the first 9 mi. outside, but ended up running the whole 18. Pretty poor footing, but beats the treadmill any day (10.05, 9:56, 9:51, 9:46, 10:09, 10:28, 10:27, 10:20, 11:32, 10:05, 10:11, 10:04, 10:14, 10:33, 10:23, 10:17, 10:34, 10:31). Had 1/2 a waffle at 4, 8, and 12 mi. and drank about 12 oz. water.

Sweet sweet sweet!!!!! So awesome to do it all outside!!!! Perfect. I'm so glad you were able to get all 18 in too! Right on schedule! Good fueling with the waffles. Take it easy tomorrow! I will send off this week tomorrow!! Proud of you for getting that in with all the traveling!
