Nasty wind. Drank 18 oz. water took waffle at 3, 8, 12 (9:46, 9:21, 9:12, 8:45, 8:43, 8:40, 8:44, 8:40, 8:54, 8:50, 9:14, 9:00, 9:02 - tried to keep a steady pace, but the 3 mi. in the 9s were against the wind,9:59, 10:36, 10:44 - the last two mi. I didn't have much left and they were against the wind again. What a workout!!!!!! I'm pooped!
