14 mi. long run on plan - ran 16 mi. 1/2 waffle @ 4, 8, and 12 mi. and 18 oz. water (10:26, 9:37, 9:38, 9:22, 9:39, 9:28, 9:20, 9:45, 10:06, 9:49, 10:01, 10:06, 10:26, 10:27, 10:21, 10:03). Slower on the back end than I'd hoped, but I got it in! Going to skip a couple of weeks on the Fargo plan based on time left.
