No warm up. 7.5 mi. pace work 2x3 mi. at 8:35-8:40 with 2 min. jog recovery. (8:52, 8:32, 8:26, 8:26, 8:49, 8:31, 8:07, 7:55). Good run. Bit of a wind on buffalo road. Felt relaxed. Not tired.
