Notes

Set TM to 8 mi. and incline 1. 4x2 min. intervals @ 7.67 with 3 - 2 min. recoveries and 1 4 min. recovery between sets. Stopped during the recovery after the 3rd interval for 30 seconds and again for 1 min. at the beginning of the 4 min. recovery after the 4th interval. Stopped after the 7th and 8th intervals during the recoveries for 30 sec. each. Began the finish with 2.11 to go and decided at 2 mi. that I'd do a progression. 800 @ 9.52, 800 @ 9.37, 800 @ 9.24, 400 @ 9.09 and 400 @ 8.95. Felt my energy coming back during the progression finish. Thought I ran the intervals pretty smoothly. No water. Ran the intervals at incline 4 and the recoveries at incline 1.

Sent you the Boston e-mail I rec'd but don't know how I'm getting to Hopkinton on race morning. I don' know whether there's an official B.A.A. near the Westin Boston Waterfront Hotel or not.

Don't know if I'll be taking an official B.A.A. bus back to Hopkinton after the race or not.

Don't think I'll be using the gear check option on Boston Common before the race.

I suspect likely there will be other runners staying at our hotel who may know how to get to the buses.
