Changed shoes from Adidas Bounce to Brooks pureflow. Nice run, felt good. I've been using the Pro Foam Roll (3x yesterday - worked hamstrings and right glute and also before my run tonight). Seems to be helping. My fault, really. I haven't been doing any warm ups or light limbering and stretching before runs.
