No warm up. I really tried to monitor my pace - 3 mi. (1 easy and 2 at 8:38-8:45 avg.) and 3x15 sec. strides to finish.
1 mi. at 9:10 and 2 mi. at 8:39 and 8:38. left my Garmin on for the strides ,25 at 8:26 with 30 sec. jogs in between. Loved the strides. Nice morning, no wind, some dampness in the air felt very refreshing - I'm ready!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks Jenn for your work on my training plan. I've NEVER felt as prepared and relaxed about running a marathon as I do now. I'm mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually tuned for this. Love, dad.
