Warmed up. Incline 1 - first 3 mi. at 8:95, 15 min. at 8:10, 3 min. at 9:06, 15 min. at 8:10, 1 mi. at 9:06, 800 at 8:45; 400 at 8:00; 400 at 7:40. Drank 1 bottle of water, normal breathing throughout. Really good run. I'm off tomorrow. 5 mi. on Sat. and 16 on Sunday. I'm wondering if I should extend that to 18 mi. Your thoughts?
