Was a bit apprehensive on the front end of this run for some reason - just hoping I could do it! Once I got into it I was fine. It might have been that I was starting at a 9:09 pace for the warm up instead of a little slower, and only got a 5 miler in yesterday ... not sure. Set distance at 9 mi. and incline at 1 2 mi. warm-up at 9:09, then 4 X 10 min. progressions (8:45, 8:33, 8:21, 8:10) with 3 - 3 min recoveries at 9:52. Finished up .70 mi. at 9:09, .25 at 8:45 and .25 at 8:00 pace. Thought I would find this harder than it was. Good workout!
