Did the wall stretch with my right leg to warm up. Started out walking, was reluctant to start running ... didn't want to be disappointed. When I did, after about 400 m, it didn't feel too bad so I just kept a very slow pace from then on. (12:07, 10:41, 10:40, 10:40). Actually feel pretty good right now. A little more optomisitc at this point. Don't want to be too aggressive and scupper the slow progress I'm making, so I think I'll just gradually pick up the pace sightly each workout and really focus on the excercises and roller.
