Started Beardsley training plan today 4 mi. easy between 9:00 and 9:30 pace (9:28, 9:04, 9:08, 9:00). Felt really short but after the two +10 mi. runs this weekend, was a restful run. 8 mi. Intervals (2 sets of 800sX2 + 400 @7:30 - 7:35 pace with 90 sec. recoveries and 4 min recovery between sets.
