Ouch! Shins hurt. As of today I am stretching before and after runs (only stretched after today). While they hurt I am also going to ice my shins 2x15mins each. This course is a killer. Lots of hills and inclines. I was able to go at a good clip the entire way without stopping, but I am quite tired. I really need a long FLAT run, like at silver comet. Maybe on saturday...
