Notes

A tough long run with Julia. She is improving faster than I am. I need to drop some weight in order to get better and to be able to handle some of the truly long runs that are coming up. Iced each shin 2x15 minutes. Shinsplits are effectively being averted. I am a bit worried about my ankles and shins not holding up, weight loss should help with that as well.
