No mechanical problems, however, my shins hurt quite badly. I think I am on the mend, as my achilles tendon no longer hurts. I probably just have chronic shin splints. Oh well, time for more ice and toe taps. :) Tomorrow is a longer run at town lake. 6 or 8 miles is the goal depending on how the body responds. That will give me about 21-23 for the week.
