This was a great run. I feel like a switch has been flipped, my strides are longer and I can just keep cruising. This run had two HUGE hills and I didn't have to stop for either, with my pace staying at about 9min/mile. If this was a flat course, I'd guess I would have ran about 8:40s. Not bad for a run by myself. Temperature helped a lot too.
Weakest system: Muscles- specifically quads.
Watch calories burned: 1244.
Recovery @ 2 mins: 158 to 136 - slow recovery probably due to dehydration. No water or food in the morning before running.
