Notes

Hot out again....The new minimum length for a workout is 45 minutes. This prevents severe cases of the munchies, which inevitably follow a 30 minute or less workout. My legs/ankles, etc felt better today, probably because they had yesterday off on the bike. This is the first time in a long time I've worked out 4 days in a row.
