Indoor run on the treadmill. Tried NSAIDs 30 minutes before run. Shins hurt at ~4/10 for the first 2 miles and then were just twingy occasionally. Hopefully the shins are getting better, but more likely I've moved into a more chronic phase where I can run through the pain and it doesn't cause problems with my form. Pace was faster than normal, but it always is on a treadmill. Overall a decent run, hopefully I can run well tomorrow when I can go outside again.
