Ran 21 miles with Carolyn and Julia for their long run before the Marine Corps Marathon (3 weeks for them). The run was good. I bonked at mile 18 or so....to be expected as I did not eat before the run. I need to have breakfast every morning! Especially before runs. My legs hurt! Lots of mileage in the last 8 days. I need to be careful not to overtrain. I'm starting tomorrow on my running schedule from Runner's World. That should help, but I need to feel free to deviate if necessary. At this rate, I'll easily be able to go sub 3:30 at Disney.
