Notes

Ran 3 on the treadmill today (it was raining too hard out side) but i got to try out the new NordickTrack....GREAT....

Also .125 at an 8% incline running at a sprint pace....very hard and I could feel it in my legs for sure....

also ran .25 barefoot and will continue to do so.....
