Run was good my my watch GPS was weird today. I registered mile 1 and 3 was sooner than normal so my distance are a little off. Since I know about where 5 miles is, I just ran to that point and called. Overall a good HR Run but wish the watch wasn't so funky today. I am seeing improvement in my HR running only after a couple of weeks and fell very good about using 130 as my HR target max....
