2 x 1/2 mile at Marathon or approximately Marathon pace...

I ran the first .5 mile at a setting of 6.3 on the Treadmill (9:30 per mile)

2nd .5 mile at 6.3/6.2/6.2/6.0

Good solid workout and I can feel it in my legs now..........

I like the idea of FAST short intervals on Tuesday and longer TEMPO Pace intervals on Thursday.......its a system that works well.....
