4:30/45 ratio and it felt good. I think I need to push just a little one or two days per week now. I know my marathon training hasn't started for Providence yet, but I'm feeling pretty good about things right now..

CHALLENGE: Staying away from the Walmart Christmas Pop-Corn.........and keeping my weight from building up.
