GREAT RUN today.... Kept my Heart Rate average to 105 - Splits were really good too...

Great splits - I did stop a few times during the run to let my legs rest up (stopped 3 or 4 times for a minute or so)....
I really feel like the low heart rate monitor running is starting to help and really work for me now..........
