This run felt a lot better then yesterday. I was recovered from yesterday's run and my easy pace felt pretty good today. Thinking I might go to 30 mile one week and 40 the next for a while and then build my mileage from there.

Good run today........but my Miles per week are all messed up because I missed a day and was just too tired to runn 8 miles yesterday....
