Notes
This was a pretty weird 5K race. The first mile or so was down hill and second mile was pretty flat so it was generally easy....
1 mile -- 7:15
2 mile -- 15:30
3.1 mile -- 26:03
The last mile was a nasty hill and it really took it out of me.. I am a really bad bad hill runner and need to work on them.
Its obvious to me that I am still not nearly strong enough and need to really work on strength training.....
GOOD race and a lot of fun but that last hill KILLED me...
