2/1 - this was a test to see how 2/1 would work over a 5 mile run to see the feasibility of doing 2/1 for Anchor Down 12Hr race. I was really surprised to note that I could do 12 minute miles without much trouble at all and now that I'm done I really feel good. Going to continue my current training but I'm pretty sure I'll run Anchor at 2/1 because I think I can do this for a really long time (the BIG question is can I do it for 12 hours or 50+ miles)...
