This was a progression run in which I did he first 9 miles at my easy pace and then my last mile up tempo....I dont know what my up tempo pace was, but it was a controlled quick pace and probably between 5K and 10K pace........but was a good run and my second week of my HALF Marathon training plan....and it feels good..
