Notes

For the most part today's run was an easy run. But I also started some hill training today.

I ran a .14 mile hill and a relativel quick pace and ran that hill 3 times. Then slowly jogged back down the hill.......with the remainder of the run being at an easy pace. The good thing is my easy pace is now starting to speed up a little and I noticed on my Garmin that many time a comfy easy pace was still below 10:00 per mile......

GOOD RUN TODAY, and my legs really feel mushy now........
