First POST Feldman Run. As per Felfman's instructions, I maintained 115 Heart Rate or slower for 15 minutes..
This kind of feels like a running rebirth for me. I have to change almost everything that has to do with my running including pace, HRM, and a lot more exercises pre-post run.
One thing I can say FOR SURE is I'm in really bad running shape so anything is better than what I have been doing....
Good Dr Appt today and good start back running again....
