Notes

3/1 - will stick at 3/1 for a fairly long time. Wanted to get to 12:00 per mile and stay there for a while until I get my mileage up to 40 per week. After I have 40 per week I'll start working strength and speed a little more.

As for now, I'm just happy and thankful I can get back out there again.
