Notes

This was an extremely good work out. I ran my normal 5 mile loop today, but added 5x1 minute intervals at faster then my 5K pace....after each 1 minute up tempo run, I jogged for 3 minutes (and thru in a few walks too)...

My legs are really tired from this workout --- but it really felt good....
