Ran the 'easier' course again today and found the Heart Rate could stay down and the pace was OK. Right at 12:00 per mile. Snowy, slushy, icy and that made running a little harder
I've been BACK and FORTH on this Maffatone system, but today I think it's working for me. Having lost 10 lbs is also helping and if I can drop 10 more this will all be even better......
