Notes

Kind of a tough run today. Decided to hold the HR down by running easy for 2 minutes and walking 1 minute for the duration of 5 or 6 miles. WHAT A BUST. My HR kept zooming up into the 150's and 160's during the run and the walk was averaging something like 130 or something. This started from the very beginning of my run until i finished.

Something was just off today.......
