My heart rate seem way high all morning. After doing my CHI warm ups, it was at almost 100 and after I started walking it was around 105 to 110 so its kind of hard to start running and only have your heart rate only go up by 5 beats and you are at your maximum. Even now after 10 minutes my heart rate is hovering around 75/76 which is higher than normal for me.

I'm really questioning this 115 maximum heart rate for me when I can barely run at all and then achieve that rate.....

Are there other factors causing my rate to be too high?

Is 115 too low of a maximum rate for me.....125 is a rate I can at least run at a an amazingly slow pace......

UPDATE --- Its been about 20/30 minutes post run/walk and now my heart rate is bouncing around in the 60's.

2nd update --- its been about 45 mins and my rate is hovering around 60/63 now.......
