Ran the JR Circle today but ran the uphill in front of my house at a very up tempo pace. Also pushed a couple of the miles during the run. This was an excellent workout - one my very best ever.....
Probably one of the fastest training times for this distance that I have ever had. Going to continue to push one day per week and HALF Marathon pace or faster in order to get my times down.....
