Good second day of Providence Marathon Training. Ran at 3/1 and it felt good. At 3/1 I can run faster than 12:00 per mile and I normally feel good afterwards. I think I'll stick as close to 3/1 as I can until my weight is down to 144 or 143 or so...and then change my ratio.
My 2 main goals are: 1: Get my weight down into the 130's
2. Get my mileage up to 50 per week.
LONG RUN STANDARD THIS CYCLE - my long run will not exceed 15 miles for this entire training cycle.......
