3/1 felt really good today. Held the pace back a little as my goal is 12:00 per mile for the time being and I was running faster. Hard to do even at 3/1 but the first and foremost goal is to get the miles in first and speed later.

Want to get my mileage to 30 MPW as quickly as possible and maintain for a couple of months....
