Notes

Continuing to struggle with the low heart rate, but I can maintain 125 and probably on a continuous basis. I'm increasingly not believing the Maffatone heart rate formula.

I can do 125 --- maybe 120 but 115 is just not possible most of the time..........

I ran 125 today and my body feels just fine...........
