Notes

First time to do a truly long run in a while -- 15 miles. I used my interval timer and ran a Jeff Galloway styled 5R/1W for the entire distance and it worked out well. Was surprised that I finished in 11 minutes per mile (actually 10:59)....so I'm feeling pretty good.... This is my last long run before the race in 2 weeks from today.....

This was an excellent run --- I really love my long runs....
