Continuing with my 2/1 run/walk but having a major problem because my back keeps tightening up on me. Have to stop and stretch it every 5/10 miles and it seems almost debilitating to me. Think it's just because I haven't been running so much and because I've gained some weight.
My plan is to get to 3/1 as soon as possible and get my mileage up to 40 mpw and then take it from there.
