Did a lot of walking during the second half of this course. There were several uphills and really only one noticeable downhill. I was able to sprint up a couple of them, but had to run/walk most. It was mentally draining because I had been able to keep the 2:30 pace group within sight the entire first half of the course and if I had been able to keep up with them, it would have been a 13 minute PR for me. To watch that dwindle and dwindle to almost nothing (ended up with a 51 second PR) was very frustrating!
