What the who wha huh? This was awesome. The past few weeks I've been struggling to maintain 9:45-9:55 average paces on long runs and it was starting to concern me. I felt like I was running the same paces as I was for shamrock but they were feeling more difficult because it's June weather and not February. Then today I start pulling 9:10-9:15s out of my a** while not even trying. Kept waiting for the bottom to fall out and it didn't. Really nice surprise and a confidence builder!
