Had seen Jenna the day before this workout due to the foot issues I experienced on Sunday. I had been feeling pain on the top of my foot, but apparently where the real problem was was my navicular (sp?). It was very tight and inflexible, she could not get my foot to rotate outward at all. Worked on it for an hour, suggested to take it easy on that day and icebath/roll it that night. Also suggested that I take the Superfeet out of my shoes and replace them with the regular liner that came with it to see how that went.

So.. this was my first run in a couple of years without superfeet. It did not feel terribly good. I had the balls of my feet and my toes alternate between feeling like they were having needles stuck into them..and being numb. Was able to make it through the workout, I still do feel some soreness on the top of my foot. I felt it when I woke up this morning while still in bed. It's not terribly bad but what worries me is that it doesn't really feel like muscle pain but more like bones? Jenna told me on Monday that wants me to follow up either by phone or appointment by the end of the week to see if we are on the right track.
