Ugh, my introduction to Shepard Road. Again, foot really bothering me.. plus I was SO tired by this point, the sun was beating down.. no shade and either no wind at all or it was blowing 20 miles an hour in my face. This would not be what I consider a pleasant run, was glad when it was over!
