Notes
Normally on my Wednesday night runs, I try to make them a bit longer and/or tempo-paced, but this was not happening tonight. I was SO miserable all day at work, just wanted to be in bed with a cup of tea. Was starving when I got home around 5, so I had to eat something before heading out which meant waiting a couple of hours. Felt just as miserable on the run as I did at work, with the added bonus of my dinner sitting like a lead weight in my stomach. Guess I didn't wait long enough. There were several times I thought I was headed for the bushes.
