This may look like a bonk, but it wasn't. Down into the bowl, climb out. Measured short.
Mile 1 - elevation gain 0, elevation loss 123
Mile 2 - elevation gain 92, elevation loss 89
Mile 3 - elevation gain 111, elevation loss 0
Small race, only about 100 people between the 5k and 10k. On the way back I was in no man's land - on my own really with no one within 50-100 feet of me, so being familiar with this road and how bad the uphill was, I only pushed it so much. Was 2nd female OA.
