Notes
This was a total crackup, I know it's way faster than it needed to be but I swear it's not my fault! The Atlanta morning news was broadcasting from the center where local running store is, so they organized a headlamp run for 5:30 this morning. I bought the dog with me, who had never run in a group before and I had no idea how she was going to react to all the people, noise, etc. OMG I could not slow her down! LOL I kept expecting a doggie bonk since there are times where we're going 30-60 seconds slower per mile on our usual runs and I am dragging her around. She did great, though. Wasn't freaked out by the commotion, loved all the pets she got after the run and even a Jimmy John's sandwich. Too too funny.
