Notes
Started in Excelsior and ran east to Hopkins. Foot was bothering me on and off but nothing too terribly bad, though it did seem to be more intense the last 3-4 miles. They were not pleasant. After breakfast, first thing I did when I got home was ice it and I've never had an icing be more painful, it was taking my breath away. Pretty safe bet that the shoes need to go. Hoping to see Wendy before the relay next weekend.
All things considered, I'm happy averaging 12:10/mi on a warm, humid day with a bad foot.
