Feel like I did a somewhat crappy job here but looking at the garmin connect file I guess it wasn't as bad as I thought. I did this on the roads at a Tuesday night group run but started about an hour early so I had most of it done by the time the herds came. Did the interval portion on the flattest section I could find but it still seemed like every time interval pace came around, I was going uphill! It was almost 70 degrees and humid, that didn't help much. I think I would have hit paces better if hadn't spent as much time checking my watch for pace & distance (this workout would have been a huge pain in the ass to program in, so I was manually watching the distance and lapping each interval).
ETA-anyone know why the paces that show up here are so different from what shows up on garminconnect? These paces look much shittier. This is what Garmin is showing-
