Had to end up cutting this very short and ended up walking most of it. I felt pretty OK even through the hills, but shortly afterward my heart rate went through the roof for no reason I could figure out? I was also sweating like crazy even though it was NOT hot out. Slowing to a walk didn't seem help control either the HR or the sweating, finally I got to a point where I just stood there not moving at all for a couple of minutes to try to return to some feeling of normalcy. There were times where I felt almost dizzy/nauseous when trying to run? Just yucky.
